bitbucket-leading-whitespace missing eve causes source view to not render

Symptoms
When viewing the source of a file, no content is rendered and the following appears in the JavaScript console:

Uncaught Error: plugin.bitbucket-leading-whitespace missing eve
Cause
This is caused by the Leading Whitespace Stats add-on not being supported by Bitbucket Server 3.0+.
Resolution
Disable or uninstall the Leading Whitespace Stats add-on.
