Builds on Azure pipelines are duplicating from a single Bitbucket Cloud commit.

Cause

An issue within the Azure Pipelines service connection can cause builds to duplicate even though a single commit triggers the build.

Solution

1. Remove service connections on Azure DevOps and webhooks on Bitbucket Cloud.

2. Establish the service connection and reconfigure the webhook connection on Bitbucket Cloud.

This resets the connection between Bitbucket Cloud and Azure Dev Ops, eliminating the issue within the service connection.
