Intermittent connection issues that prevent the loading of pages in the Bitbucket Cloud UI

The user encountered intermittent connection issues that prevented the loading of pages in the Bitbucket Cloud UI.

Solution

The user can try below suggestions:

  • Disable any browser extensions.

  • Try accessing the account in incognito or private browser mode across different browsers.

  • Inspect the network logs and check for any errors such as "ERR_CONNECTION_RESET" or "ERR_CONNECTION_RESET" in the browser. These errors indicate that the connection between the client (your browser) and the server was unexpectedly closed. This might be a network issue caused by antivirus or external tools that are monitoring and blocking traffic to Bitbucket Cloud.
