Summary

When you clone an existing plan in Bamboo, your cloned Build plan runs with the parent plan's repository settings automatically, and if you do not want that to happen, please follow the steps mentioned below in the solution section.

Environment

All supported versions of Bamboo.

Solution

Please follow the below to create the cloned Plan in a disabled mode so that you can edit the repository before its first build.

1. Hit the "Clone plan" button in the Bamboo project.

2. Give a name for the cloned plan.

3. Select/Click Save and Continue on the Clone Plan  page (instead of the Clone button)
