Bamboo crash while downloading the remote agent

You are trying to download the remote agent or trying to install one and Bamboo crashed. The following appears in the log files:

One of the following could be the root cause:
The tmp folder is corrupted or out of space
Permissions issue on the tmp directory
Probably Antivirus scanning through the tmp directory that is preventing the download
Resolution
Try the following resolutions in steps:
Check to ensure that the user running Bamboo has all the necessary permissions on the tmp directory. You might try running the command:
1sudo chmod -R 777 /tmpTry to delete all contents of the /tmp directory and restart the Server hosting Bamboo
Temporarily disable the antivirus
