Solution
Currently, there is no natively available feature to integrate Jira Cloud with Service Now.
Service Now provides integration using Jira Webhook data.
If you are implementing this integration, then you can also consider using Automation for Jira to send Jira Webhook data along with the Jira Webhook.
Automation for Jira Supports data to be sent in Jira format payload.
