Trello Automation rule from the board failed to create issues in Jira

Summary

There is an Automation rule that is created with the Trello board which is supposed to create an issue in Jira. The rule is created as below:

Diagnosis

• Tried checking for the connectivity from Trello to Jira. It is proper and the integration works fine as intended:

• Tried checking for the existence of the Issuetype in Jira. It exists.

• Tried creating an issue from Jira. It displays the issue type correctly and the issue gets created successfully:

Cause

The "Issue Type" name had an empty space/spaces at the end due to which Trello was unable to find the same during the issue creation process.

Solution

Edit the Issue Type and remove the extra space that is present in the name.
