Will disabling Atlassian Access or SAML setup affect JIRA or Confluence Cloud user permissions in any way?

Problem
You have setup Atlassian Guard and have it setup with SAML. Your next plan is to seamlessly remove SAML setup from your environment, without impacting any user permission. You wish to know if there will be any issues with user permission once the SAML setup has been removed.
Resolution
The SAML removal only impact user authentication to Atlassian Cloud products. If at all users get locked out after the activity , we would suggest they try to reset their password once and all should be well from there on.
