Unable to attach file in JIRA Issue Collector due to missing token error

Symptoms
Attempting to attach a file using the JIRA Issue Collector results in an error due to missing token. Generally happens in FireFox, but works in Google Chrome.

Cannot attach file [FILENAME].png: JIRA could not attach the file as there was a missing token. Please try attaching the file again.Cause
This error is due to not allowing third party cookies in your browser's privacy settings. The Issue Collector is designed to collect information around submitted issues, and therefore needs to set its own cookies that are not necessarily from the site that the collector is being used on.
Resolution
Consult your browser's documentation for information on how to allow third-party cookies on the JIRA site
