Diagnosis
Check your notification preferences
In this scenario, we are missing notifications for Jira Software and Jira Service Management.
Log in to https://preferences.atlassian.com/
Select Jira Software and Jira Service Management under Product upgrade to receive Jira update notifications.
Cause
The notification preference is no longer selected.
Solution
Select notification preferences
In this scenario, we want to get notifications for products and services.
Log in to https://preferences.atlassian.com/
Select "Atlassian Events" under Learning Resources. This will help us resolve notification issues.
