Logging in with the Systems Administrator Account in Atlassian Cloud

How do I log in as systems administrator in Atlassian Cloud?
Cause
The Systems Administrator permission is a Restricted Function in Cloud, and allows us access to your instance after you have reported problems. The account is automatic and comes with every Cloud instance. The Administrators permission is still available, and you can see the differences between the two permission types within Managing Global Permissions.
The Systems Administrator permission does not take any license spots in Atlassian Cloud.
