Jira Issue links flashing when in edit caused by Kaspersky Password Manager

Summary

When inserting or viewing Jira links in a Confluence page, the issues continuously flash between the Jira Issue view and plaintext URL view.

This can sometimes interrupt the editing process as well.

Environment

• Google Chrome

Diagnosis

• Check to see if the Kaspersky Password Manager add-on is installed and enabled in Google Chrome.

• Disable the add-on, and check to see if the issue persists.

Cause

• Kaspersky Password Manager add-on on Chrome seems to be interfering with Jira links.

Solution

• Disable the add-on on Chrome.
