Enable custom emojis in Jira and Confluence Cloud

Solution
To allow people to add custom emojis, make sure the custom emoji feature is enabled for your site. Here’s how:
Go to admin.atlassian.com
Select Apps > Sites and choose the site where you want to enable custom emojis.
Select Site settings and then Emoji.
Turn on Allow people to add custom emojis.
You can now upload custom emojis.
After enabling this setting, you’ll see the + Add your own emoji option in the emoji picker within description and comment fields.
