Problem

Sometimes, Jira admins want to customize the Advanced Roadmaps plan view and make it default for all Jira users but any changes made to the plan are visible to only the user who made them. Admins need to follow some steps to make it permanent.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to your plan and make the changes

  2. After that, you will find Views: Untitled DRAFT on the right top of the screen

  3. Click on the .... It will open a pop-up window

  4. Give a name to your view and then ensure that you select Make default for everyone

  5. Save it
