Advanced Roadmaps Plans are showing the error Something went wrong when viewing them

Note that this KB was created for the Data Center version of the product. Environment
Jira Data Center on any version from 9.0.0
Diagnosis
When clicking on the View Logs button from the error pop-up, the error below is shown:

The error goes away after removing this announcement banner
Cause
The announcement banner contains some custom Javascript code that is preventing the Plan from loading properly and that is causing the error shown in the UI.
Solution
Remove the script from the announcement banner.
