Set up the Jira integration

This integration is for Jira Cloud, and won’t work for Jira Data Center.

Connect Jira Cloud projects with Statuspage to keep your team in sync during an incident– in the place they’re already working. Make updates and surface real-time Statuspage communications in Jira to improve time to communication and shared understanding.

With this app, you can create Statuspage incidents from a Statuspage panel in the Jira issue view. Or, link active incidents to Jira issues. Then, you can continue to update those incidents and view their updates in the Jira issue view.
