Your data is not used for AI model training

  • Customer data, including data submitted to or generated by Rovo and Atlassian Intelligence, is never used to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models or services.

  • This policy applies to Atlassian's models and third-party AI providers that use these features.

How Data Is Processed

  • When you use Rovo or Atlassian Intelligence, data requests are sent individually to the relevant AI service provider.

  • Each request is transmitted over a secure, SSL-encrypted connection for third-party-hosted models.

  • The data is processed to generate a response and then returned to Atlassian. It is not retained or used for model training by Atlassian or the third-party provider.

Turning off AI features

  • No data is sent for AI processing if you deactivate Atlassian Intelligence from your admin settings.
