Atlassian Access is billed by the total number of unique users accessing any of the supported cloud products. That means you only pay once for each user – even if that user has access to multiple cloud products, for example, both Jira and Confluence.
When you give users access to Enterprise products, they don’t count towards your Atlassian Access bill. To learn how we bill you for Enterprise products, see Manage your bill for Enterprise products.
Additionally, pricing is progressive, meaning that as more users are added, you pay less per user. While individual cloud sites do have user limits, Access and organizations can support unlimited users.

To get the most out of your Access subscription, you'll need a supported cloud identity provider.
If you don’t have one yet, you can sign up for a free Okta account directly within Atlassian Access. Your Okta account is free for your Atlassian cloud products. Learn more.
