ViewProfile doesn't show user information

Note that this KB was created for the Data Center version of the product. Symptoms

ViewProfile doesn't show user information.

The following appears in the atlassian-jira.log:

Cause

Third-party plugin called MyZone for JIRA

Resolution

Access the Universal Plugin Manager in JIRA:

  1. Log in as a user with the JIRA System Administrators global permissions.

  2. Select 'Administration' > 'Plugins' > 'Plugins'. The Universal Plugin Manager will be displayed, showing the plugins installed on your JIRA site.

    Keyboard shortcut: 'g' + 'g' + start typing 'plugins'

To uninstall a plugin:

  1. Click the Manage Existing tab.

    The systems lists the plugins installed in your application.

  2. Click the name of the plugin that you wish to uninstall.

    The system displays the plugin details.

  3. Click the Uninstall button.

    The information summary displays an Uninstalling message and uninstalls the plugin from your application.

    To avoid it please check if plugins are up to date.
