Solution
Resolve Non-Responsive Review Permissions Button in Microsoft Teams
Due to a caching issue within Microsoft Teams, the review permissions button does not respond, or it goes through the steps and loops back to the same screen.
You can perform the following steps:
Sign out of the Teams application.
Re-run application - (Microsoft Teams) needs to be closed via task manager/force quit and reopened.
Sign in to Teams again.
Perform the permission approval.
If the above does not help, use the web version of Teams to review/approve the permissions https://teams.microsoft.com.
