Spurious Error Message 'Unable to load a service descriptor for the job licenseFileMonitor'

Symptoms
After restoring a backup from a Studio intance to a Standalone JIRA, the following appears in the atlassian-jira.log:
2011-05-24 16:37:03,218 QuartzWorker-0 ERROR ServiceRunner licenseFileMonitor [sal.jira.scheduling.JiraPluginSchedulerService] Unable to load a service descriptor for the job 'licenseFileMonitor'. This is usually the result of an obsolete service that can removed in the Administration section.
Cause
The service 'licenseFileMonitor' is a service only needed in Studio. In Standalone installations, you can safely delete this service.
Resolution
In Standalone installations, you can safely delete this service.
