Specific Wiki Style Formats are not Rendered

Note that this KB was created for the Data Center version of the product. Problem

When adding a comment using several different Wiki Style formats e.g. code, noformat, panel, etc., some are rendered but some are not. In the following screenshot, noformat and panel are rendered properly, but code is not:

Cause

The code module of Wiki Renderer Macros Plugin is disabled, while the other modules are enabled:

Note:

  • By default all modules of the plugin should be enabled, except html

  • The reason why other modules are disabled is unknown

Resolution

Enable the disabled module:

  1. Go to Manage add-ons -> Expand All add-ons

  2. Find Wiki Renderer Macros Plugin -> Expand all modules

  3. Enable the corresponding module

Note:

If the disabled module can't be enabled from the GUI, it may be disabled in the database. In that case, refer to the following KB for how to enable plugins from the database:
