Cause
If the filter is created using the ScriptRunner Enhanced Search feature. A periodic synchronization occurs from ScriptRunner to Jira. After approximately a few minutes, this synchronization process overwrites any modifications made to the filter within the Jira issue filter section.
Solution
Refer to the ScriptRunner add-on configurations within your Jira instance. Understanding these settings will ensure more effective management of your filters and prevent unexpected overrides.
