Jira footer indicates Evaluation License being used

Problem
JIRA footer indicates that JIRA is running on Evaluation License.
Cause
One of the application license in the JIRA Administration > Applications > Versions and licenses page is using an Evaluation License.
Resolution
Update the Evaluation License to a Purchased License.
