Jira Charting, Jira Calendar, and JIRA Toolkit Plugins are available in the Atlassian Marketplace for the Jira server instances. However, no cloud versions of these plugins are available.

Solution
The plugins Jira Charting Plugin, Jira Calendar and JIRA Toolkit are part of Jira cloud Out of the Box. Unlike the Jira server environment, these plugins need not be installed from Atlassian Marketplace.
That is, they are embedded in Jira Cloud by default and can be found under the 'Manage apps'> 'All apps' section of the Jira cloud site.
