Issue with JQL Query when use "empty" criteria on fix version.

Problem

With JQL Query when using "empty" criteria on fix version returns no result on JIRA Cloud.

Environment

Jira Cloud

Diagnosis

• We checked Permission schemes and permission to Issue Permissions but all was okay.

• We checked the field configuration and look for fix version. The field was hidden as shown below in the screenshot.

  

Cause

We found out that this is being caused because the fix version field was a hideout.

Solution

Resolution

Ensure the user that the field must be clicked Show in order to get results from the JQL query.
