How to find information about uninstalled Marketplace apps in Jira Cloud

Learn where to find information about uninstalled Marketplace apps within the Jira UI.

Solution

  • In Jira, click on Apps from the Navigation bar.

  • Click 'Manage Apps' to check if the app is still there.

  • On the same page, at the bottom corner, click 'Audit Log' to get more information such as log message, user uninstalled or installed an app, and the date.
