Disable jira dashboard or filter access publicly

Solution
For the existing ones, you would need to update them manuallyby the owners of the dashboard.
Click on a dashboard (the owner should do)
Click on the ellipsis-h icon (...) and then choose "Edit and Share"
Change the permission.
