CSV files exported from search results are garbled when open by Excel

Using Excel earlier than Version 1610 (Build 7466.2038)
Cause
CSV is exported with UTF-8 encode.

Solution
Resolution
In Windows 10
Open CSV file in Windows Notepad
Select File > Save As…
Change Encoding UTF-8 with BOM
Open in Excel
Open CSV files with UTF-8 by Excel
Click Data > From Text
Select CSV file
Make sure File origin selected Unicode (UTF-8)
Click Finish
