Can't configure work item creation using iPhone Shortcuts

Cause

Problem with selected site and account in Jira

This error is seen when the right site and account are not selected in the Shortcuts app.

Solution

Adjust your Jira configuration in app

1. In Shortcuts, click the arrow button right next to "Create new issue in Project with Issue Type titled Summary."

2. Select your account.

3. Select your site.

4. Tap the project and add it.

5. Tap the issue type and add it.

This should fix the problem and enable you to set up the shortcut.
