Cannot remove dedicated slack channel

Summary
There is an issue with removing dedicated Slack channels into an issue.
Environment
Jira Server for Slack 3.0.6 app.
Diagnosis
Clicking on the X for a dedicated channel spins infinitely and doesn't appear to send a request to Jira for any action.
Cause
The issue was introduced in the latest version of Jira Server for Slack - 3.0.6 app.
Solution
Workaround
Downgrading the app to version 3.0.5
