Agile board throws "Exception: TypeError: AJS.HelpTip is undefined"

Problem

When accessing Agile Board, the following error is thrown.

1 Exception: TypeError: AJS.HelpTip is undefined

Diagnosis

Check if any modules injira-help-tips system plugin is disabled.

Cause

One of the modules in jira-help-tips system plugin, called common, is disabled.

Solution

Resolution

  1. Refer to Manage Add-ons page > System Plugin

  2. Refer to jira-help-tips system plugin

  3. Enable all modules in this system plugin
