If you use filters frequently in your business project, saving filters will allow you to save, reuse, and access them later with just one click. Saving your filters across your board, list, timeline, and calendar will let you see the most important information first. You can also view saved filters created by your teammates.
To create a saved filter:
Select Filter drop-down at the top-right of the board, list, calendar, or timeline view
Apply all the filters you want to save
Select Save filter on the top right of the Filter dropdown
Name your saved filter
Select Save filter.
Your saved filter will be at the top of the Filters dropdown of whichever view you’re in.
You can create multiple saved filters for your project but you can only apply one at a time.
Your saved filters are specific to the project you create them in.
You can apply a saved filter by either selecting it or searching for it from More in the Filters dropdown. All the filtered fields are highlighted when you apply a saved filter.
Currently, you can only edit the name of your saved filter. If you want to edit the attributes in the saved filter, you’ll need to create a new one and delete the existing.
