What is asset management for next-gen service desks?

Assets are your organization’s items that a team might need to manage and track. Asset management apps for Jira Service Desk enable you to link relevant assets to requests. For example, you can link a reference to a managed laptop to a related service desk request.

  • Asset management within Jira - Insight helps you manage assets without leaving Jira or using 3rd party integrations.
