What are reports used for?

Reports are visual representations of your data that you can use to better understand what’s happening in your service desk.

Your service desk comes with default reports that measure common service desk functions. These reports can’t be changed. We also start your service desk project off with custom reports depending on the project template you chose. You can change custom reports or create new ones to fit your needs!
