Transition multiple requests at the same time
Instead of moving requests through their workflows one at a time, use bulk actions to transition multiple requests all at once.
To move multiple requests through their workflows at once:
From your service desk project, go to a queue that shows all the requests you’d like to transition.
Select the box next to each request you’d like to transition.
Select Transition in the action bar.
Select the status you’d the requests to transition to.
Select Confirm to transition the requests.
