Review, update or add translations for email templates

Use the service desk project’s email templates to send messages that include information that doesn't change from message to message.

To review, update or add translations to email templates:

  1. From your service desk project, go to Project settings () > Language support.

  2. Select the name of the language in the Translations table.

  3. Select Email templates from the translations sidebar.

  4. Review, update or add translations to the text fields, as appropriate.

  5. Click Save.

Changes to email templates can’t be automatically translated. If you make a language change to an email template, you’ll need to update the email template for each translated language.
