Remove an organization from a service desk project

When you remove an organization from a project, its members lose access to the project unless they have the Customers role for the project or the project allows anyone to raise a request without logging in.

To remove organizations from a service desk project:

  1. From your service desk project, go to Customers.

  2. Select an organization from the list by clicking its name.

  3. Select Remove from project.

The organization is removed from the project, but still exists on your site.
