Keep languages up to date in next-gen service desks

If your languages need to be reviewed, yellow indicators appear in the Language support section of your project settings. This means something that has happened may affect your translations.

These indicators appear:

  • next to Language support in your project settings sidebar

  • in the Status column of your Languages table

  • in the languages support sidebar with all your languages

  • next to content label when editing a language

  • next to a translation when edition a section of a language

To keep a language up to date:

  1. From your service desk project, go to Project settings () > Language support.

  2. Select a language with a yellow indicator.

  3. Select content with a yellow indicator.

  4. Update the translations that need review.
