Jira Service Desk agents can share issues with other Jira team members. People the issue is shared with can interact with customers in the portal.

Jira team members who are shared an issue can:

  • View requests in the portal.

  • Add public comments in the portal.

  • Add attachments in the portal.

  • Transition the request through its workflow in the portal.
