Go to your queues
Any requests sent to your service desk project appears in your queues. Your service desk comes with default queues, but you can configure them to your needs.
To go to your queues:
From your service desk project, go to Queues.
Use the sidebar to switch between queues.
If a customer’s request matches a queue’s filters, you’ll see its details.
