Your customers may prefer to send you email requests. In this case, you can copy your service desk’s email address and send it to your customers.
To view and copy your team's email address:
From your service desk project, go to Channels.
Select when hovering over Email.
Depending on the permissions your project admin has set, CC’d email addresses in requests are added as new customers or request participants. Ask your project admin to teach you more about how your email requests are set up.
