Disable notifications for internal users in next-gen
If you have an internal service desk where all your customers have Jira licenses, you might want to disable service desk notifications while keeping Jira notifications.
You must be a Jira admin to change Jira notifications.
To disable service desk notifications and enable Jira notifications:
Go to Settings () > Products > JIRA SERVICE DESK > Configuration.
In the page, under Notifications, select Yes, send customers both Jira Service Desk and Jira notifications.
Go to your service desk project.
From your service desk project, go to Project settings > Notifications > Customer notifications.
For each rule, toggle off Enable.
