Delete a knowledge base article category
Deleting a knowledge base article category removes the category from the knowledge base and Help center. The articles in the category aren't deleted and can still be accessed by your customer. You can either recategorize them or leave them uncategorized.
To delete a knowledge base article category:
From your service desk project, go to Project settings () > Knowledge base.
Select the category you want to delete from the CATEGORIES list.
Select ••• > Delete category.
