Debug automation rules with the log in next-gen projects
You can check through the history of an automation rule and see what it’s done and when by debugging it. This will show you the log.
You must be an admin to view the log of an automation rule.
To view the log of an automation rule:
From your service desk project sidebar, select Project settings () > Automation.
Hover over the rule you want to check.
Select ••• > View log.
A table with a list of every time the rule has run should appear. From here, you can browse chronologically, or search for a specific issue.
