Customize your customer portal in next-gen service desks

Reassure your customers and let them know they're in the right place from the moment they land on your portal by customizing it.

Change the name of your portal, welcome customers with an introduction, and / or add your company's logo to use its brand.

You must be a project administrator to customize your portal.

To customize your portal:

  1. From your service desk project, go to Project settings () > Channels > Customer portal.

  2. Edit the Name, Introduction text, and Logo fields as needed.

Your logo will also appear in notifications sent by your service desk.
