If you serve customers outside of your organization, you can use the external service desk template. This fills your service desk with workflows, reports, and other tools that are suited to help external customers.
You must be a Jira administrator to create service desk projects.
To create an external service desk:
Go to ( or ) > Create project.
Select Change template.
Find and select the External service desk template.
Enter a Name for your project.
Click Advanced, then enter a Key.
