Create a new request type

To create a new request type:

  1. From your service desk project, go to Project settings () > Request types.

  2. In the top row of the table, select an icon from the icon picker (or add your own image) for the new request type.

  3. Enter a request name.

  4. Select an issue type. If required, enter a description.

  5. Click Create request type.
