Add reports to a dashboard in next-gen service desks

If you work in multiple service desk projects, adding gadgets to a dashboard helps give you an overview of your reports in one place.

You must be a Jira admin to create a gadget.

Follow these steps to add a gadget to a dashboard:

  1. Select Dashboards and choose a starred or recent dashboard or View all dashboards.

  2. Select > Edit dashboard.

  3. Click Add gadget.

  4. Select Service Desk.

  5. For Service desk report, click Add gadget.

  6. Click Close. A report dashboard is displayed.

  7. Click Save to save the dashboard.
