Your admin has invited you to join the service desk team as an agent. That means you’re going to be part of a team that resolves requests for your customers.
Before you get started, make sure you accept the invite so you can join your service desk team!
To accept your invitation:
Go to your email client and log in with the email your admin invited you with.
Find your invitation email, which includes the name of the admin who invited you.
Click Join them now and set up your Atlassian account.
Follow the steps to create an Atlassian account, if you don’t already have one.
You can use a single Atlassian account for all Atlassian apps that you use. This helps you keep track of everything in one place.
